Victory Fishing Ltd is a small fishing company based in Portsmouth in the south of England.  Formed in 1994 it is owned and run by Bill and Chrystianne Hayes.

After nearly a year of hard work from Bill Hayes, his shipwright friend Jim Taylor and the welders, carpenters and skilled workers in Toms’ Yard in Polruan, the new trawler “Defiant” is out of the sheds for all to see.  Our latest pictures show the winch, net drums and wheelhouse door space.

Our current vessels work from South Cornwall, fishing Area VII.  We are a member of the Cornish Fish Producer’s Organisation who manage the Fishing Quotas.  Details available on request.

We will now be updating the Defiant’s progress in the new year.
